SCIKEY has launched “Jobseeker-to-Jobsecure” initiative intending to connect job seekers with employers over the next 100 days through its AI & MindMatch powered Talent Commerce Platform.
As the COVID-19 impact has forced many employers to downsize their company, taking the unemployment rates to an all-time high, SCIKEY is offering the solution at Zero Cost to provide a stimulus to the economy.
Job seekers can register and upload their profile through the jobseekers tab on the SCIKEY Talent Commerce Platform or even create fresh digital resume called Fresume under the Services tab on the job seeker page. Employers can register on the platform and can find “Outplace Candidates” tab on the dashboard menu and can confidentially share the resumes of the impacted employees on SCIKEY. Employers can also list all their active jobs for new hiring.
SCIKEY is also providing the Talent Commerce Platform to the employers through which they can search candidates for free and also get the benefit of using the end-to-end hiring automation suite for free for next 100 days.
The SCIKEY Talent Commerce Platform is industry agnostic to maximize the ability to match people with similar technical skills as well as softer human skills in one industry to other industries where the new jobs may be getting created. This approach helps us shorten the complex & lengthy cycle of evaluating & hiring the affected employees. The initiative provides real-time visibility into active jobs, hiring companies across locations & roles.
Karunjit Kumar Dhir, Co-founder, SCIKEY said, “This is our way of fighting corona & saying that ‘We Care’. The coronavirus outbreak has put the world economy to a stand-still and resulted in high unemployment. However, some sectors like healthcare, pharmaceutical & life-sciences, e-commerce, logistics, online groceries, agri-tech, other digital companies & gig economy are still looking for additional staff to support the increased demand of their services.”
“SCIKEY MindMatch algorithm also helps employers with the mindset & personality data of the candidates & hence can help them assess the fitment basis the ‘Human’ skills as well, on top of the hard skills matching; that opens possibilities for newer roles. It is our endeavor to help maximum jobseekers find their next source of income” stated , Akshay Sharma Co-founder, SCIKEY.
